Artist's Biographical Information Art, business and interior design course at Woodbury College in Los Angeles, in 1952. I worked as Interior Designer for Sparrow's Interiors and Sears Roebuck in San Mateo. I changed careers and was an Electronic Engineer and consultant for forty years. I am now retired and can pursue art passionately. My favorite medium is water- color; although I have worked in acrylic and air brush and silk screen techniques. The Los Altos Art Club gave me a first place ribbon for my watercolor of Half Dome. It was one of many Yosemite landscapes I did on location. The club also gave me ribbons for "Creation I" (Outer Space painting - acrylic and air brush) of "Venice Canal" .(mixed media) and "Stevens Creek" (watercolor). My paintings are owned by clients in California, Nevada and Idaho. I have exhibited at the Los Altos Library, Marjolaine Restaurant; retirement homes - Villa Siena in Mtn. View and Pilgrim Haven in Los Altos. KTEH accepted and sold 2 of my paintings for the annual art auction in 2002 and again in 2003. Two of my paintings "Winchester-Merriman House" and the "Los Altos Library" (done on location) were accepted for Los Altos' "Paint the Town-Again" project of 2003.
